Please read this important info:
If you want to make changes to an already submitted order call us at 562.206.7143 or e-mail us at orders@dogisgood.com with a subject line of "Change to Wholesale Order".
Minimum initial stock order (ISO) is $150 if apparel items are included. For ISOs which contain only greeting cards and other non-apparel items (including ball caps) the minimum is $50.
Subsequent apparel orders less than $50 will incur a $5 handling charge.
Unless noted otherwise, we will charge your credit card on file when the order is fulfilled. If you do not have a card on file or wish to use another form of payment, please contact us promptly.
We will fill backorders as quickly as possible, but if there is a significant delay we will contact you for instructions.
A couple of notes about the wholesale site:
- It generates only a PO, no payment is accepted
- Prepack quantity discounts are not reflected in your PO. We make the changes when we create your invoice.
- When you select an item, you need to go to the green button "your order" to select sizes and quantities. You can also do this just one time if you first select all your items and then go to checkout.
Most orders ship within 2 business days.
